Plan A: Gas or Electric Furnace or Boiler

1. Clean and adjust automatic controls.
2. Clean burners.
3. Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency.
4. Lubricate as needed.
5. Test for combustion leaks.
6. Test safety shutoff response.
7. Check blower belt wear, tension, and alignment.
8. Replace 1" throw away air filter if applicable.
9. Replace thermocouple.
10. Check flue for satisfactory operation.
11. (other media filters billed extra)

Plan B: Oil Furnace or Boiler

1. Clean and adjust automatic controls.
2. Clean and adjust draft regulator and firing assembly.
3. Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency.
4. Lubricate as needed.
5. Check for combustion leaks.
6. Test safety shutoff response.
7. Brush and vacuum combustion area.
8. Replace oil nozzle.
9. Replace oil filter at fall inspection.
10. Check flue for satisfactory operation.

Oil Furnace-in addition to above

1. Check blower belt wear, tension, and allignment.
2. Replace 1" throw away air filter if applicable.
3. (Other media filters billed extra)

Plan C: Air Conditioner

1. Clean condenser coil if necessary.
2. Check electric connections for tightness.
3. Adjust system for optimum cooling.
4. Check for oil and refrigerant leaks.
5. Check safety devices.
6. Check blower belt wear, tension, and alignment.
7. Check expansion valve and coil temperature.
8. Replace 1" throw away air filter if applicable.
9. Replace refrigerant level.
10. Check condensate drain.
11. Lubricate as needed.

1. Clean and service electronic air cleaner.

1. Clean and service humidifier.

3. Drain heater.

2. Brush and vacuum combustion area.
